Yoga Nidra is is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Mary Beth will guide you through a 30 minute divine sleep meditation, where you will release tension, and experience healing on an emotional, physical and energetic level. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is comparable to 3 hours of sleep. No prior meditation or yoga experience is necessary. Let yourself relax and let go, and leave refreshed and full of peace and bliss.
Wear your PJ's to class, bring a pillow, and leave class with a renewed sense of self.
