It sounds simple enough to treat dry hair, until you realize that nothing you’re trying is working. At that point, it’s easy to give up and assume there’s no solution to this frustrating problem.
Fortunately, there are a variety of home remedies to experiment with, one of which is likely to give you the results you’re seeking. Try the following:
· Take vitamins: Certain vitamins, such as vitamins A and C, impact the health of your hair and nails. If you’re not getting enough of these vitamins, add a supplement to your daily diet.
· Eat more protein: Proteins can reduce the likelihood of drying and thinning, while restoring your hair’s natural shine. Here are some of the best proteins to eat: tuna, sardines, oysters, and salmon.
· Don’t wash your hair every day: Yes, it’s true that shampoo removes sweat, dirt and grime from your hair. However, it also strips your hair of its natural sebum, thus resulting in dryness.
You don’t have to live with dry hair any longer. Experiment with one or more of these home remedies for the results you’ve been dreaming of!
