Trena graduated from Northern Virginia School Therapeutic Massage in January 2024 and licensed in Virginia.  Certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Side-lying, Prenatal, Nerve Glide, Trigger Point Therapy with Counterstain, Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, Indian Ayurvedic, and Reiki.  Trena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Management and enjoyed being a HR Professional for 17 years before deciding to change paths from the traditional office environment to one more focused on relaxation and healing.  Trena enjoys being active.  In the past she did ballet and gymnastics, synchronized swimming in college, and was a fitness and health coach at a Curves Gym in Daytona Beach FL.  Currently she enjoys the outdoors with hiking and gardening.
